If the product and documentation differ, you must use mSIGNIA’s support portal to submit support requests; email requests are not permitted.
If you have never accessed mSIGNIA’s support portal, please use your work email to send an access request to email@example.com.
Our staff will create your profile, attach it to your company, and reply with an invitation link for you to join the support portal.
When logged into the portal, you can submit support requests. mSIGNIA’s support team will respond and work with you to resolve any issues.
